A sense of arrival is marked upon entry up the stairs and before the entrance. The interior designer worked with a palette of brown, white and black, which is coordinated with the signage and packaging design. This not only hints at the truffle-making business without any display of chocolates but reinforces the branding concept as well.
A combination of different materials, textures and finishes were used to leave a lasting impression on the observer. Balance of light and continuity of space was achieved through a combination of dark-brown high-gloss laminate and dark-stained timber veneer finish on large sliding door panels. The white Carrera marble countertop formed a visual focus where the art of truffle-making can be performed by the artisans and enjoyed by the guests.
