The Cable Road House sits on a site lower than its neighboring buildings. The ground floor living and dining spaces offer experience of an internalized, yet expansive landscape, where occupants can enjoy outdoor living and entertainment set within a lush and cosy environment. The private domain of this house, deliberately designed as two geometrical boxes, sits above the living and dining landscape. This allow the house to offer contrasting sets of experience when the occupants move from one domain to another; an immediate and direct relationship with the internalized landscape from the living and dining room, contrasted with a beautiful view of the city from afar within the comfort and privacy of their bedrooms.
